Omaxe Foundation is a non-profit organization. Founded as a CSR wing of Omaxe Limited, one of India’s leading real estate development companies, the Foundation has been working in the field of education, healthcare, skill development, women empowerment, environment and other areas with a mission to serve the underserved sections of the society.
Working under the leadership of its chairperson Ms. Sushma Goel, the Foundation has taken giant leaps in taking the benefits of education, health, skill development etc. to the less privileged sections in various North Indian cities like Lucknow, Faridabad etc.
The Foundation has also brought about tangible benefits in the lives of construction labourers and their families. The Foundation runs schools for the kids of the labourers where basic education and learning, food, clothes etc. are provided to them during the time their parents engage in construction works at the construction site. Under the care of trained teachers and support staffs, the school is being run in several cities with more schools expected to widen its reach and influence.
Omaxe Foundation has been working for the last one and half decades at the grassroots level for the cause related to the education of children, women empowerment, healthcare, skill development, environment and others. The organization has also extended support to specially-abled people from time to time. Various works related to small-scale industries like skill training programs, employment etc. are being done by Omaxe Foundation to take forward the ‘Vocal for Local’ campaign.
